Tool Definition Converter

• Pinned formats: OpenAI Chat Completions {type:function,function:{name,description,parameters}} and MCP 2025-11-25 {name,description,inputSchema}. Responses flat function definitions are outside this contract.
• Common names: 1–64 ASCII letters/digits/underscores/hyphens; explicit object input schema. Schema and numeric precision are preserved.
• Annotations, outputSchema, strict and provider-only options are explicit losses. No permission/default/schema rewriting. Strict true sources must pass the covered OpenAI strict checks first.
• Copy/download require a review checkbox after inspecting previews and losses. API consumers receive exportsRequireReview and must implement their own review.
